Hazardous substances present in the fume cupboard interior such as gases, vapours, aerosols or dust are extracted, complies with DIN EN 14175.
Base cupboards: on the preparation room side revolving doors with drilled stop damping, aperture angle 270°, hinges with automatic hold-closed function, cylinder locking devices with olive handles, installation space on the left, centre and right storage space, each with two height-adjustable shelves with drilled shelf assurance, plastic plinth panel with bottom-sided sealing lip.
Energy frame: 12 cm high, on the classroom and preparation room side, 1 rotary valve each for water fitting, 1 rotary valve for gas fitting, 2 protective contact sockets and 1 emergency-OFF-button with key-unlock.
Worktop: 150/75/4 cm, working height 91 cm, porcelain stoneware composite panel with beaded edge tiles. Drain basin with sieve and odour seal, internal dimensions 24.5/9.5/15 cm.
Fittings: 2 water and 2 gas fitting on worktop, rotary valves on energy frame.
Pylons: ventilation grille, exhaust air ducts, counterweights for front sash and blackout panel, function display of the extractor monitoring, panels can be removed.
Extractor ceiling with lighting: ventilation grille, pressure relief opening, exhaust air duct and exhaust air nozzle, button for light on function display, measuring device for the extractor monitoring built into the exhaust air nozzle, panels can be removed for maintenance work.
Fume cupboard interior: 150/63/95 cm
Front sash: handle bar, laminated safety glass, on the classroom and preparation room side, vertically sliding, counterweights in pylons.
Front sash limiter: largest operational working opening 50 cm, unlocking for complete opening, automatic activation when closing, visual and audible alarm when opening above the largest operational working opening, acoustic alarm can be switched off. Visual and acoustic alarm when front sashes are open at the same time, acoustic alarm can be switched off.
Blackout panel: on the preparation room side, handle bar, vertically sliding, counterweights in pylons.
Fume cupboard monitoring: from measuring device, monitoring system and function display. Monitoring system with evaluation electronics, differential pressure transmitter and emergency battery. Function display mounted in pylon panelling, with LEDs, operating buttons, acoustic signalling device and service socket.
